| Caption | This is some raw moment by moment footage of Trump protesters in their relentless pursuit to enter the US Capitol building in Washington DC on January 6th, 2020. Police stood ground and covered protesters by created a barricade with shields unleashing an overwhelming use of less lethal weapons which included military grade flash grenades, tear gas, and pepper spray. The US Capitol was finally cleared as federal troops crushed dissent rather quickly with every tool they had available which included live firearms drawn on the protesters. Out of respect for the growing number of people that died during and after the breach of the US Capitol from lethal weapons, less lethal weapons, and medical emergencies, please keep offensive comments to yourself or they will be deleted. Documented during a significant increase in new cases and fatalities during the Coronavirus Pandemic on January 6th, 2020.
