He was named to Roll Call’s “Fabulous Fifty” list of most influential Congressional players (1996-2000).\r\n\r\nBefore his Chief of Staff position, Mr. Derderian served as Legislative and Policy Director for Congressman Tom Bliley. He was named by Virginia Governor James Gilmore to the Commission on Information Technology and has also served as Chief Advisor to the National Republican Committee’s Platform Subcommittee on Technology and the Economy.
